Rented a smaller truck 2 days in a row. One from Farragut, the second from the Maynardville Pike location. Both super clean , drove well to be such an older model and was not too unreasonable with return times or pricing per mile! Only thing that comes even semi close to a complaint is the headlights were kinda dim but other than that ..10/10 recommended by ME ??♀️?
Bonnie’s level of customer service, kindness, and helpful ways is what so many companies need. She is superior. She gets it. If I had a business I’d take her away from you in a second. She was an absolute blessing this morning. I wish all companies had the type of cisterns service Bonnie gives!

We rented a pickup truck and got the insurance. The pickup went smoothly - I walked to the counter - signed the contract, and the clerk brought the truck to the pickup area, handed me the keys and walked away to go sit behind the counter again. ( I think he only spoke 2 or 3 words to me the entire interaction)
We returned the pickup truck and were charged for damage on the truck that we did not do. The clerks at the store just sat there behind the counter and basically called me a lier. They told me they mark all damage and I asked who marks damage and they said that they do - but they didn't mark the damage. I would hope that the truck is not going to be rerented to someone else and then charge the next person for the same damage that they charged me for! That is the impression I got was going to happen. At this moment I feel like this is some sheisty deal that is being pulled - charging unsuspecting customers for existing damage over and over again. The clerks that SAT behind the counter were completely unhelpful and really need some training in customer service. They told me they 'have no evidence that I did not cause that damage'. I said they have no evidence that I did cause damage i (*NOTE - I did not cause ANY damage to this truck!!!) This situation could have been handled in a different manner and maybe turned into a positive experience instead of the complete opposite. I hope other customers are not being charged for damage they did not cause - but this is a lesson learned - if I have to ever rent a truck again you had best better believe I am taking pictures and noting EVERY. SINGLE. SCRATCH, DENT, DING, SCRAPE, AND POSSIBLY SPECKS OF DUST on the vehicle - even if it takes 2 hours to go over the vehicle. I hate a lier and I hate even worse being accused of being one. I hope no one else has to go through this nonsense because this experience sucked!!
Bottom line - the vehicle was fine, customer service at the store I give TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!
Terrible customer service. Manager was not going to allow me to rent a pickup after returning a box truck, because she didn’t trust me for some reason? Idk. I Don’t recommend this location. I’ve had issues here before.
