U-Haul of Farragut

Supposed to pick this vehicle up at 7am bc I obviously need it to move. They parked it in literally the only spot on the lot that would be hard to pull out from AND parked it behind and inbetween other trucks and equipment. As im writing this im waiting on the mfs to open the front doors bc if they insist on charging me full price on the quote. I'm gonna be contacting my attorney.

They lowered the price 50 bucks and let me use a dolly for free... could've been better but I did eventually get moved in so ?

I was scheduled for an apointment to put a 10000 lb hitch on my van! When i checked on the order i noticed that they had ordered a 5000 lb hitch! I didnt get a phone call telling me that they couldnt get a 10000 lb hitch either. This has really put me in a bind becsuce i needed the hitch for this weekend! I wouldnt reccomend doing business with this place ever!

Rented a 26’ Box Truck from this U-Haul location. After we loaded the truck and set off for a 10 hour drive to Florida, we noticed the truck had no AC. The location had 8-10 26’ trucks they could have given us, but decided to give us the truck with no AC. I called and the manager suggested we stop our drive to wait for roadside assistance. They said they would “make this right” after we dropped off the truck in FL. Their resolution was to provide a $200 credit. Nothing close to the cost of the rental. Would highly recommend avoiding this location.

This U-haul location is absolutely the best. They have always done me rite here. So much so, that I refuse to rent from any other location. Thank you again guys for taking care of all my moving needs.. They are very helpful and extremely friendly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
