U-Haul of Gettysburg

I was told the bed was 12.5 ft on the truck I rented and I got to my destination and it was less then 12 ft clearance which meant I couldn’t close the doors on the product I was hauling, and they did not refund anything or make it right.

I was passing through PA and needed a motorcycle trailer asap. The gentleman that helped me located was by far going above and beyond!!! Awesome customer service!!

Biggest rip-off with the extra costs. Never rent one again. Only had truck for half a day locally and with the extra cost for mileage and fees, the cost was ridiculous.

The customer service is amazing, trucks are always cleaned and serviced, always there when you need it!

Process for verifying my identity took an hour, two trips to location, and supervisory intervention. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer experience.
