U-Haul of Glenside

Had a reservation for 9:30 am. Showed up at 9:15 to the doors locked and lights off. Multiple customers waiting. Stayed till 9:40 still no staff. More customers pull up hoping to get their rentals. Ended up going to the u haul on ogontz where the staff decided to actually show up. Unfortunately they didn't have a 15ft truck available. We had to make multiple trips and spent more money on gas and mileage.

We really like renting from the Glenside location. The staff is always helpful and knowledgable and we get in and out quickly whether its checking in online or a last minute rental coming into the office. Thanks!

The attendant was friendly and helpful. Picking up the vehicle was fast and easy.
