U-Haul of Glenside

The staff at the Glenside office are top-notch. So friendly, so customer-service oriented. They made the experience painless.

Was given a piece of paper with a marked fuel level and was told to let them know if it was less than what was marked on the paper. The fuel was lower than what had been marked and I informed the manager like she said to and she just told me to take a picture, so I did. I took a picture like the employee herself literally told me to do. I returned the truck with the SAME AMOUNT OF FUEL I WAS GIVEN. I even told the other employee at 4:30 when I returned the truck about the situation and the picture I took and she just sort of brushed it off and said “okay its fine” and I could tell didn’t even care to listen to what I was saying. Next thing you know I am charged for not having the trucked returned with the fuel. Now I am going through hell to get my money back.

No issues with making a reservation and our vehicle was available when we arrived for pickup. Although the vehicle was parked as if ready for us to jump in and go, we did have to wait for a cleaning. Enthusiasm from staff could have been better.

It doesn't matter the time of day, the day of the week, the weather outside, or where the moon is these people will not refill a propane tank. Staff always refuse every single time and I have yet to get a good reason for refusal.
