I did not rent one of your trucks

I reserved a truck months in advance, and then two days before I was set to pick it up they notify me that they will not have a truck available for me. There is absolutely no excuse for this, just severe oversight on the part of the employees at this location.

Claims I need to rent a 26' truck to be able to rent a flat bed trailer to haul a small vehicle!!! Won't allow renting the flatbed to be pulled behind a half ton 4x4.... I understand upselling but to refuse to rent unless I rent their biggest truck to pull a little flatbed with a small vehicle?!?! I've pulled a trailer that big with a full size truck behind a 2wd ranger with no issues and yet they claim a 4x4 full size half ton can't?!

The guy who helped me was super nice. He was fast and friendly and professional. I’d go back there exclusively in the future.
