U-Haul of Grand Forks

Staff should regularly inspect their trucks which includes driving them. They put me in a box truck that was dangerous. After getting truck up to 40 the steering became violent and started shaking bad. That's not just a big safety concern for me as the driver but other motorists on the road. Told 2 staff members and a manager but they said they would take it out of service. But claimed that's all they could do. I guess my life and others are that important as staff would rather just stand around and talk.

Had a great experience with Chad and his crew. They helped me choose which trailer to go with for my move and also assisted me in installing security locks on my trailer. They have assisted me in every way at the best of their abilities.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I can't give 6! Chad the manager is one of the most helpful and nicest dudes you'll ever meet. I've had nothing but good experiences here.
