Does NOT honor their reservations.
If you enter an agreement that the truck will be at X spot at Y time, it should be there. That is how reservations work. They almost ended our move before it began by telling us THE NIGHT BEFORE that our reservation didn't matter as the truck is not going to be at X location at Y time. Do not rely on them. Now we either have to get lucky at Penske or try to get out of contractual obligations.

Found a way to still make uhaul work, but this is still 100% unprofessional on uhaul's part. Terrible way to run a business. They added 6 hours to the process of getting the uhaul. 6 hours. We had to drive 1.5 hours extra to get it and go back to our house, and we will have to do that same thing tomorrow to go get our car and bring it back here once moving help arrives. I bet they do it just to get that extra mileage charge out of you.

In no way is that this location's fault, specifically, but all of uhaul. Don't trust UHaul with your move because they don't put much effort into honoring their end of their deals.

I got a truck too small to have a ramp. Corporate wouldn’t help but this location helped. Best customer service by far!

Renting was a breeze! I booked online and got all set up at the counter. Customer service was fast and friendly. He answered all my questions with no judgment. This was my first time using UHAUL and it definitely won't be the last. Keep up the great work!

If there was a negative star, I would give it! Totally unacceptable to screw our plans, our time checking out with the apartment managers and hotel reservations, because of an unavailable truck and auto-transport in the town’s store, each one of them was in a different city making a total of 12 hrs driving just to get them ourselves to our place, before even starting our move ( 20 hrs drive)!! We reserved and confirmed with u haul two months in advance! Totally unacceptable to put us under stress, exhaustion, and a lot of pressure like this!!!!!! We have a baby and the move is already so exhausting and you just made it way worse than it is!!!!!! Adding up, there was NO discount and NO single apology for the inconvenience.
