.I would give zero stars if I could. I waited over TWO HOURS on a Saturday morning to pick up my rental truck. The mobile pickup option was not available when I made my reservation and I could see why when I went to pick up the truck. The one and only worker had to help each of the 11 customers ahead of me in line first at the counter and then follow them out to the parking lot where he had to rearrange vehicles to get to the chosen one. Simply inexcusable to have one worker on a Saturday that is also the first of the month and when you have so many reservations.

Waiting while they get out 1 person every 35 40 min and not a care at all
