Waited an hour for a reservation I had already made online

I ordered a 20 feet at havertown location 2 days before 1/19/2025 1:30 pm pick up. 2 hours before pick up uhaul text me that I need to pick up from the overbrook location which is 12 more minutes away. There are no 15 or 20 feet available at the havertown location which is 5 minutes away from my home. Also tge overbrook location don't allow customer to park in their parking lot. Customer has to park on the street. Havertown location allow customer to park.in their parking lot and pick the vehicle uo the same day. So I spend an extra 20 dollars for uber and have to worry about park my car on the street.There is no apology! I will think about to rent from uHaul again after use them for so many years. No.point to get reservation from them!

Called on Wednesday January 8th to ask about buying two used box trucks. The gentleman on the phone told me to come in Thursday between 8am-1pm. I showed up at 10am and the guy at the counter got angry and hostile with me after I told him what was told to me.

Beyond this issue I’ve had nothing but issues over the years renting trucks here. Either the truck I reserve isn’t here or it’s unsafe for the road.

We were told to arrive during the weekday between 8 and 1 to look at trucks for sale.

We arrived and were told by a combative employee that the manager wouldn't be there like we were informed.

Customer service here is terrible, don't come here.

Employees are rude, management is poor.

One employee for the entire large location. Expect to wait at least an hour in line. Also half the customers are seeing a truck for the first time in their life, so it takes 30 min to explain every detail.
