It was quick, easy, and painless!! We even had to extend our reservation which was simple. Your employees have great customer service skills, and really try to bend over backwards to help you.

The manager was clearly overworked and understaffed but she was cheerful, professional, and efficient. My wife and I were impressed with how she was able to manage the line of people waiting and keep the frustration level low. She acknowledged every person waiting and let them know she would be attending to them shortly. AND, she had to go outdoors to deal with individual customer needs of trucks on the lot.
My pickup was at 8:30 in the morning and she was still hustling about when we dropped the truck off 11 HOURS LATER! We felt terrible for her.

Easy and as advertised. From setting up the rental online to returning the truck, all went smooth.
