U-Haul of Havertown

Leaving 5 stars because it's not the employees fault, the guys who helped me were awesome, both picking up and dropping off. However Uhaul Corporate needs to start throwing some funds at their stores. The 10' Box truck I rented was a nightmare. Warped brake rotors threw the steering wheel all over the road, alignment was absolutely smashed out of spec, mirrors were smashed, passenger door was lodged into the fender - and to top it all off the key tag said 'stolen 9/2' so I'm guessing this truck just got annihilated a week prior. Windshield tape was still on the A-pillar frame so it clearly got approved for *some* repair but definitely not enough. If I didn't pay a total of $120 for the usage I wouldn't be so bummed but at that price I could've paid a stranger to borrow a better truck for a few hours. Give your locations some new trucks! The employees probably get chewed out for this kind of stuff from irate customers when it's out of their control.
