I will NEVER USE uhaul boxes again. They charged me 2 grand to deliver my pods for my move and instead of delivering to the location I put into the box that said 'what address are boxes to be delivered' they delivered them here and then wanted to charge me another 400 to deliver to where I needed them to go. I stated several times from reserving boxes all along the process that they were going to my storage unit and they can't be left overnight and was told that was ok. Upon making the appt, which was a nightmare experience getting any real help, I was told they were going to be left overnight. I had to stop the process n figure out what to do. We had to them reserve a 26 ft truck and show up to unload our boxes ourselves into said truck, then drive to our storage boxes, unload it all and then drive back to this location which isn't even the town I needed them at at all. The entire process was a nightmare. I went w the boxes hoping to eliminate the issue of reserving a truck and then the day of OH NO no truck ever seems to be available even though I reserve one. I end up driving around n calling every uhual location. trying to find a truck..Guess the boxes were no different as the process was still an extreme nightmare. I will NEVER use uhaul ever again....it s 1 issue after another and this isn't the first time. Unfortunately they are cheaper than other moving companies and u get what u pay for w them, bottom of the barrel customer service and business practices.

Wow the 15' was near new and was an awesome drive to Phoenix from Palm Desert! A wonderful experience.
