Everyone we worked with was helpful, gracious, polite and accommodating. We were helping a refugee family move across town. It was complicated because they had to pay with cash, didn't speak English and the driver was an hour late to pick up the truck. All your staff understood the challenges and helped us work through them.

Quick and easy checkout/in. Truck already had trailer hitch ball with all possible electrical connections. Great for towing a boat.

Dakota, Mike and Kyle son was the best in customer service after having a bad moving experience from the movers..They made me feel like they really cared about my Bad Moving experience with the Movers . The uhaul we rented was super clean as well as the office . The most impressive was that they treated everyone that came in just like me. Absolutely the best I could of asked for .....

The employees are rude and act as though customers are an inconvenience. Also, when purchasing propane, do not use a card. Employees literally type is your card information into their phone on the U-Haul app, really? This is so non-standard and not secure. But I blame U-Haul and archaic thinking but the corporate office. Stay away.
