U-Haul of Kenmore

Windshield and windows were dirty.
Inside the truck was dirty too dust, and floor. Garbage under the passenger seat dash had dust everywhere.

Though my booking was confirmed, the vehicle wasn’t available and I was asked to come 3 hours later. The 10’ truck I rented was too old (no rear view camera, no remote to open/close doors, no power windows even). To add to that, it was a gas guzzler. Would have expected better from U-Haul.

Gentleman who handled contact was incredibly polite. I had even sent a quick question thru the system to the location an hour before pickup and he called me to help me out. We rent uhaul all the time and he was simply the best ever.
