I've used this location multiple times, and the reservations have been reliable and the service quick.

Excellent service and easy checkout. Would definitely recommend this location.

The location itself was fine. The app and the system to check out/in a truck should be scrapped and rebuilt in this current era of technology. It is embarrassing how bad your app functioned (when it did) and how it took nearly an hour+ of my time dealing with checking in and out through the app. Kept reseting, and changing information. I honestly doubt I'll use U haul again for my next move in town

I was told I can drop off at another location prior to purchase and was the most important factor. Next day I was told I couldn’t which really inconvenience me and cost me and lost of time. Very bad experience….no one reached out to me after leaving a message about the incident.
