Absolutely horrible. They charge me a security deposit basically just not to give it back and overcharge me. It didn’t have any gas in the tank. They made me fill it up then they charge me $15 extra for fees, but wouldn’t show me which fees and what they were for. I would never purchase a U-Haul from here again.
