U-Haul of Marlow Heights

I was assisted on the phone today by Mimi and she was so wonderful and helpful. The property manager Damien however was highly unprofessional and did not seem like he was in the mood to lead and help out his team member. The leadership at this location needs some serious help!

I had a great experience with Sheldon- he helped me and my Dad navigate the Uhaul app and all the approvals for a second driver and got us on the road quickly.

Great staff rental experience was smooth and boxes were priced correctly.

Mimi and Sheldon showed excellent Customer Service and Mimi was so patient and professional. They exceeded my expectations and I hope they are commended for their hardwork and dedication to UHaul.
Mike did incredibly well explaining the truck and all issues and concerns with me. I felt sure everything would work well because of his calm demeanor. Very impressed with the team at St Barnabas Rd.
