I rented a 10’ box truck. When I got in the driver’s seat was leaning towards the door and could not adjust it. The gas tank was at 1/4 full and owner knew I had a little distance to go. While driving down the parkway the driver’s sun visor fell down along with the clip that holds it in. I had to keep pushing it back up. The truck had over 111,000 miles on it. In my opinion it was a piece of garbage.
I called the owner from the parkway and told him about the seat & visor. He said he would adjust the bill.
Before I return the truck I filled the gas back to 1/4 tank. It was only 2-3 miles back to location.
When I received bill there were adjustments made. I called and spoke with owner and he told me that the adjustment he had made was “the truck had 3/8 of a tank of gas and I didn’t charge you for anymore gas.”
Honestly, I have used this location many times and have been very happy with everything. But I was sorely disappointed this time and did not appreciate the owner’s lack of customer service. I will not be using this location again!

Bryan was great to deal with. I rented a trailer and he answered all my questions over the phone and during a stop in a couple days before renting the trailer. He was also on duty Sunday when I picked it up and had me on the road quick.

Had a great experience at this U-Haul getting an hitch out on my car and with Bryan in particular. First, I came on the wrong day because I apparently can’t read a Calendar. Then he called me to say I ordered the wrong hitch. But he found the me the right hitch halfway across the country and got it delivered and installed the next week for me. Everyone was very friendly at both of my visits and it was a great experience overall.

These guys were really great. They took the time and went well beyond to make sure my hitch was put on right and done on time.
