Over charge… my printed form/receipt stated return date 11/25 .. the guy who originally checked me out said if I bring it a day early there wouldn’t be a charge for the full length of time … said a specific date and my reservation but when I called they stated they had a different date and they weren’t helpful at all. They were rude and told me “I didn’t tell you that” “I have the paper in front of me too” “ you can call corporate” I asked if I could send over the receipt he says “ I have it here in front of me and it says return date 11/24” yet it doesn’t match what I have and he was not trying to hear it. “Call corporate” was his response… will never go to this location again

This Uhaul store is clean, professional, and well-equipped, but the company's (and perhaps location's) refueling policy is overly legalistic. Just the other week, I drove a rental truck out of the parking lot with a 1/2 tank of gas (see picture), yet the employee who assisted me previously indicated that the tank was between 1/2 and 5/8 full. I'm amazed that Uhaul still relies on paper and highlighter in 2023 to properly indicate fuel levels. I stopped at the Wawa literally next to the Uhaul store and brought the truck that I rented back up to 1/2 tank. However, I was still charged a little over $12 for 2 gallons of gas, which seems very excessive. Part of the challenge around this policy is that the truck's equipment doesn't have all the markings for the fuel levels like the Uhaul paperwork shows. There is clearly a discrepancy between the documentation customers receive and the actual equipment. In short, Uhaul needs to relax this legalistic policy especially when the company's lack of technology makes it difficult to comply with the policy in the first place. Furthermore, I noticed on my brief drive back to the Uhaul store that the speedometer randomly started not working or didn't accurately reflecting the correct fuel level. Kind of makes me wonder if the equipment is meant to not work, so that Uhaul can justify assessing a fuel charge. Would have been a positive experience otherwise, but the lack of grace on Uhaul's part results in a neutral review.

Have had only great experiences here. Very friendly, helpful staff. Will continue to use this location

I had a hitch installed on my vehicle this morning and everything was completed in less than 2hr! Daniel was pleasant and professional. Facility was organized and clean. I highly recommend Uhaul of Mount Laurel to anyone needing installation of a hitch!

Good experience with Cargo Van.

Got to pick up a van immediately which was nice. Cargo van was a bit older, but ran fine, and I didn't face any issues that needed customer service. So, it was a decent experience.
