Will not be using this location again. I live super close and have used them 2-3 times. Small issue ($15-20). Called and asked for help to resolve. Left feedback. Never received any follow up. I’m certain if I had a larger issue their response would be similar if not worse. Will go out of my way to avoid this location going forward.

I rented a 8' pickup. Problems with the vehicle: Seatbelt came unlatched while driving when hitting a pothole or seam in the road. Vehicle wasn't cleaned between my rental and the one before me. Vehicle had lots of heavy dents even though it was very low mileage (<10k). Problems with the staff: Staff were making inappropriate/childish jokes while I was waiting to be checked out and they barely talked to me. When I returned the vehicle, they had their personal vehicle up on the lift and had 2 people in Uhaul shirts working on the personal vehicle. This location made Uhaul look really unprofessional. I got a truck last minute, but also had to drive 24 miles RT extra than needed for a vehicle that wasn't safe and smelled like cheap cologne.
DON’T SCHEDULE A HITCH INSTALL HERE
Scheduled a hitch install for a Honda HR-V over a month in advance for 8am and selected the ‘stay in store’ option. When I got there, there was no where to sit in the tiny store and the person who took my keys told me the person who would install the hitch wasn’t in yet and my car would be ready by close.
5 hours later I called to get an update and was directed to a person at a call center who tried to be helpful but couldn’t get ahold of the store or the manager.
I called the store 5 times, hanging up each time after the three rings before I was redirected. They eventually answered and still couldn’t give me a time it would be done until I pestered them enough to tell me 5 o’clock.
An hour later (2pm) they called me telling me they had received the wrong part. At this point I was thankful just to get the car back without any damage done.
I haven’t received any cancellation or refund emails yet and I expect I’ll need to work through the call center for it.
Hilariously bad service. Y’all should be ashamed.
