Save yourself the trouble and pay a little more to have your hitch installed with the professionals. Had the service scheduled weeks in advance. Drove an hour to drop off vehicle. They checked me in and took my keys. Three hours later they call that they don’t have an installer onsite today. Reluctantly I left the vehicle overnight to get it installed the next day. Next days communication was poor but it did get done. During the install they decide to just throw away my dust cover instead of reinstalling it. Any other outfit would just make the necessary notches to the dust cover and re install.

After carefully spending a good deal of time arranging the rental on line I still had to wait 45 minutes at the location to actually get the truck - and then they were out of moving blankets that I had reserved. Improve your on line rental process or dont offer it.

Their website says 3.5 hours to install a hitch. Took 9 hours.
Poor communication
Go to Hitch it in Forest Lake, in and out in less than 2 hours.

The customer service was an experience i would never wish to go through ever. I hope you improve on that.
