No place to park your car when you rent from them. No notice of this either. So had to drive back home. Uber there. And Uber back. Workers could care less that it's an inconvenience and ownership clearly has checked out. Will never use them again.

STAY AWAY! This experience was miserable. The location is claiming I was and hour and 48 minutes late so they're charging me an extra full day. Contract makes no mention of charging a full day for this nor are their claims factual. Even if their claims were accurate it's still ridiculous. They failed to take into account the extra time I had to sit on the lot when picking up the trailer I rented while waiting for them to hook it up and other trucks to clear the drive way. The service was a joke. When I pulled in to return the trailer the only 2 people on the entire lot, both employees, both doing nothing, immediately turn and power walk inside leaving me sitting there twittling my thumbs wondering where to bring the trailer. Finally someone helps and tells me I'm all set. Next I receive an an emailed receipt with the absurd late fee that no one had the spine to tell me about in person. When I went back in the employee had a smirk on his face as if he gets enjoyment out of overcharging people. After looking at Google reviews I see this is clearly this location's m.o. I find it pathetic that this location wants to contest a $35 dollar fee over something like this and lose customers for life. Great business practice. Merry Christmas Uhaul!!
