Customer service is terrible and there is no where to park.

When I first call I was on hold for 10 real minutes not counting my seconds actually drove myself from home there nobody never acknowledged that phone. Coming backEdward was very rude closed everything at 4:45 then I requested to close out my account to return the van he got made and said he closed everything already I have come back tomorrow to close out then I forgot my sheet in the back he took it and throw it on the ground like Trash you guys need to pay attention to WHO you hire in these places where people are coming for assistance. 0 stars

I would give this U-Haul location zero stars if I could. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. The staff is extremely unprofessional and clearly couldn't care less about their customers. I've been trying to reach them by phone all day, and not once did they bother to pick up. It's as if they don't even exist!

The entire operation at this location is a joke. The employees are sloppy, unorganized, and completely uninterested in helping anyone. It's clear they have no idea what they're doing, and it's an embarrassment to U-Haul as a company.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. If you're thinking about renting from this location, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Caution: Built in honor bar of mandatory cart and blankets inside cabin restricts your cabin square footage, impedes loading, presents trip and head hazard, presents furniture damage hazard, and has flimsy verification tether. Site would not remove. Broken tether required return trip before first load- when cart shifted on way to load location. Use uhaul regularly, have not encountered this before.
