Review:

The Uhaul Application is slow and has some bugs . Please fix it. It took me 15 minutes to compete the check out. And finally my active and past listing disappeared and it took me another 10 minutes to take pictures and videos for my purpose . Other than that i like uhaul. And this particular Palatine uhaul staff really professional and nice. . thanks

Review:

Second Time I got screwed at this place. It is supposed to open at 7:00 AM as listed in the website and the front door but there is no one to be found… ridiculous, change your opening hours, close the location or show up in time.
