This place charges you for purchases that you didn’t authorize, they make you insert your card twice and when you try to complain to them about it, they don’t let you get your money back. $143.87 was charge on card for BOXES like the hell I look like getting boxes for that amount. I would rather look in the dump for free. Talking about some i did insert my card no I didn’t you guys made me insert my card twice because your machine wasn’t working. They’re so wrong for this I’m a single mom living with a min wage and they do this to me not fair.

I wish there was 0 star review. This is the 2nd time try refilling some propane tanks the first time been 3 months ago, I was told then that it was cloudy and drizzling and they said they couldn’t refill the thank, today the person in charge was on his break and no one else could do that. Definitely not a way to run a business. Terrible customer

The lady I worked with is very professional, a leader in the shop that gave clear direction to coworkers / subordinates (I do not know her role with U haul) to process my hook up and dispatch as well as other customers. The shop employees have great morale and enthusiasm, work well as a team. It's nice to pass this review on to you, Thank you.

I can't even begin to explain how horrendous my experience with U-Haul customer service was. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare. First, I had to wait on hold for over an hour just to speak to someone, and when I finally got through, the agent was completely unhelpful and rude. They couldn't answer any of my questions and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me.

I had a reservation for a truck, but when I arrived at the location, they claimed they had no record of it and offered no solution. I was sent to three different locations before I found one with a truck, and they still couldn't offer any reasonable explanation for the mix-up. To make matters worse, they charged me for services I didn't even use, and when I called to dispute the charges, I was transferred around endlessly, only to be hung up on.

It’s clear U-Haul doesn’t care about its customers. The lack of professionalism, incompetence, and sheer disrespect was astounding. Never again will I use U-Haul, and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows how awful their customer service is. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
