Worse customer service don't even waste your time coming to this dealer

My overall service was good, but I was not informed of rental return late of 8 mins will be charged an additional day. That is absurd to not have a grace time period for return. I was able to address & it was corrected. For the future be informant of fees to customer. Staff is friendly & courteous, continue being great.
