I am based in Saugus and have gone to this U-Haul multiple times for various reasons. Nathan is always there to help me and has an amazing customer first mentality. I truly appreciate his help and want to give him the recognition he deserves

I had a hitch appointment at 10AM. The guy who does the hitches wasn’t even there. The employee said he would tell his manager about it to see if they could cancel it. I have not heard back, and every time I call the store they don’t pick up. It says “All employees are currently busy helping customers in store.” I called about five times, and no answer every single time. I had to do a live chat to get the general managers contact info, I called him and he didn’t even pick up. These people at this U-haul literally do not care. The location is about 40 minutes from my house, and because of work I don’t have time to go down there. I paid for a $228 for a service that wasn’t even done. I wish I could leave a zero star. Is it really that hard to answer a phone? These employees are lazy, and have the phone set to automatically send you to a call center. All I want is my money back.
