Worst customer service

The customer service was very disappointing. The only person there ignored me when I came in, left me in the office waiting for 25 minutes with no idea what was going on, then yelled at me after I went and found him to ask how much longer he was going to be filling up a tank around back. 'Cant you see im busy.' The truck I got had very loose steering and was not prepped for me to take off the lot.

Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Very friendly, helpful and informative staff

The staff at this location were super friendly and helpful during pickup and return of my van rental. The UHaul mobile app has been far from helpful or reliable. Better to deal with the staff as the app had been horrible.
