Stay away from this place. They overcharged on gas shortfall as $5 per gallon for full tank while providing the truck not having a full tank.

Didn't want to sell propane to my wife food truck because he said the tank looks rusty tank is not leaking and no one has ever said anything and tank is not leaking he claimed to be certified when ask show his certificate he didn't and hangup the phone on me the tank was replace a year and half ago this is the northeast of the united states end of story he didn't sell it because he didn't want to work and claim to be store manager

Scheduled a truck about a month ago for new years for the Garwood location and was told I’d be getting a call a few days before to confirm the time and location of the pick up. Never heard anything from anyone and the day of the move on the way to the Garwood location I checked the U-Haul app and found the location changed to Scotch Plains without any notification. After I picked up the truck and dropped it off I tried to get the $50 discount because it wasn’t at the location I picked and no one said anything. After talking all up and down the chain they said they didn’t want to honor it cause in their system it had a note they called even though I offered to show my entire call history from the phone company (so it can’t be edited) to show they’re lying and the manager of this location said he didn’t care. He even made a snarky comment that it’s only a 2 mile distance from the Garwood location so it shouldn’t matter.
