Had a great experience as usual. I unexpectedly purchased 6 fence panels from Home Depot, and had to quickly rent a trailer. This location had a variety of trailers available, and I was able to pick up my purchase on time.

On January 30th, I requested a call from the U-Haul Somerdale facility for assistance several times throughout the day but received no response. I was upset and let my frustration known. However, on January 31st the general manager Charles phoned me and explained how busy that day was and apologized for the delay. I felt so bad because I allowed my frustration to get the best of me instead of exercising patience . Charles was so nice in resolving my issue. THANK YOU CHARLES! May this be a lesson to me and others. LET PATIENCE HAVE HER PERFECT WORK!?☺️
