U-Haul of State College

Phenomenal experience with this location. My U-Box was damaged in-transit on the way up to State College from Florida and these guys did everything in their power to make it right. Trevor (one of the managers at the State College location) reached out to me via his personal cell to let me know what was going on and what to expect, and he stayed in contact with me over the next several days to ensure everything went smoothly. Trevor actually booked a pair of movers (Muscle Movers, also highly recommend) to arrive and help me load my items from the damaged box into a truck COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE, they even came with me to my house to finish the job. Could not ask for a better experience despite the slight snafu involving the u-box (which was not their fault).
