Ray was a big help getting my father and I situated with a car trailer. Going through a nasty divorce and heading back to my hometown out-of-state. Ray helped make a tough time easier and U-Haul is lucky to have them.

I have had up and down experiences with U-Haul in the past. But this time was really good. Amber is really great to deal with. I called about being 30 min late for pickup and she was very nice and helpful. When I needed to extend my time for the day, she helped me out within minutes and I had the truck for the rest of the day. Amber made sure my drop off went smooth to with no issues. Very friendly and will do what she needs to do to make sure your rental goes smoothly
