I think advertising the actual cost of the rental would be better. I can't imagine anybody who gets taken in by the $29.99 for the day will likely rent again after that price balloons to $105. Stop nickel and dime-ing people who are likely in a position of desperation. That's just not cool. I already paid for the gas I used, plus a little extra. So what exactly is the $.99/mile for? And what the heck is an 'environmental fee?' Yeah, it's only $1 but still... It all just seems super sleazy and scammy.

My family recently had a pleasure working with Breanne in renting a “last minute” truck. One of the big name stores insisted we take the fridge that was purchased that night home, which caused so much trouble for my family. Luckily Breanne was very helpful and professional to lessen the burden we had. She quickly explained in detail all info regarding renting and showed certain accessories to safely secure the fridge. We are very thankful to Breanne and would happily suggest this location to others!
