The young man named Austin and the whole crew was awesome today! I can NOT thank Austin enough for getting my tow lights working!

It was simple and straightforward. Everything was clear and laid out on the website, there were no unexpected fees or surprises.

I cannot sing high enough praises for everyone at this location. From the owner to the newest employee, every person has made it so that renting a trailer has been the most painless part of every project. Thank you for helping to relieve my stress and brighten my day!

I arrived at my scheduled pickup (slightly early) and they didn’t have my truck ready for me. The person before me still had possession of the vehicle and failed to inform U-Haul of them keeping it. I get it, it’s not U-Haul’s fault. I had to get the larger U-Haul but and they tried making me pay the higher price. I argued that it was no fault of my own and I made the reservation over a week beforehand so they were able to give me the same price as the one I had originally reserved. However, whenever you arrive to your pickup time and your vehicle is not there, you’re entitled to $50 back for the inconvenience. I NEVER RECEIVED IT AND I EVEN MADE SURE BEFORE I LEFT BY TALKING TO THE MANAGER AUSTIN, THAT I WOULD GET IT LATER! He told me it would be back on my credit card and I NEVER got it. I made sure to check weekly and now it’s at the point of being months since then.

I went to U-Haul to get a propane tank filled and ended up waiting for almost 25 minutes. Despite going inside multiple times to ask for help, nobody came out to assist me. After waiting so long, I had to leave without getting the tank filled. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend going there for propane services.
