U-Haul of Yuba City

I have used uhaul several times before and this time was the worst experience. I will look for other options in the future. I used to get the truck and you could use it all day but I spent $80 or more for 15 foot truck and they wanted it back in less than four hours. Not OK with that. The service was slow. It took over an hour of me standing in line before I could even get the truck after I had scheduled a pick up for 1 o’clock. It was after 2 o’clock when I got out of there and they wanted it back by six. Actually, he said 530 but I told him there was no way and he said well. We close at seven and we needed it in here before then. He said they already have the truck rented out for 8 AM so there was no way I could get the overnight service. Needless to say, I really had to scramble to find people with trucks to help me move because I only got to do one haul on the truck to move my whole place across town.

Returned a uhaul box truck, the return was pretty quick and easy. After I signed papers, I got into my car. I realized I'd left my 2 vapes inside the uhaul truck, so I walked over to where the employee had moved the truck and looked everywhere inside of it. A total of 3 min passed from time I walked away from signing papers and got in my car. I know without a doubt that they were left inside of it. As I walked away pissed off that the uhaul employee had taken them, he smiled. Hope you enjoy them! If you'll steal from a customer, I'm sure you are a real trustworthy employee!
