U-Haul Self-Storage of Parma

This location used to be my go-to! Within the past month or so this location has gone so down hill. The whole time I was there the workers were talking about how much they don’t like the manger. Seems as if this could be the reason the store has gone down hill as bad as it has. It was 2 guys and 1 girl there and I stood around for over 35 mins before walking out. I will be going back to my little gas station pick up spot again, very very disappointed. I never had an issue the 7 years prior using this place, until now.

This used to be my favorite place to rent trailers from for my fence business Matthew ochocki is the new manager up here and always has an attitude. I accidentally left my wheel barrel in the trailer ( first time I have done something like this in the 3 years that I have been renting them) . He tells me he doesn’t know where it is and that it’s not on the property. I was going to rent a trailer from them still and we were about to start the process and then he REFUSED ME ! For no reason. Literally he told me he doesn’t have a reason to refuse and doesn’t need to give me one . Completely rude never had a problem here until this guy showed up. I hope U-Haul does something about this I have spent a ton of money with you guys. Oh also his employees at this location talk about how bad of a boss he is and how rude he is. Unbelievable
