U-Haul Storage at Fort Drum

I wasn’t pleased with the interior of the truck the seal was inoperable so it was loud and hot during the day cold during the night. Plus there’s no way to accurately fill up the tank without spending more out of pocket so of course I put more money into the truck with no reimbursement. Plus the charge for the extra, miles is insured. Can you please get more employees in there? One person shouldn’t be having a line of people wait 20 minutes past their reservation time.

the people that work here are so nice. I needed a locker fast and they were able to accommodate all my needs including picking the keys up after hours and just everything I through at them. They were really easy to understand, new there products inside and out, got everything ready over the phone. we were coming from out of town late at night.. It went so smooth that I can't believe it
