Terrible scared frustrated hot hot no help CALLED 7 times or more .went to my storage got some items gate malfunctions walked around from 11 10am to 12 22pm could not get finally heat was unbearable had to climb fence plz look at cameras scared to go back in

Poor customer service. On hold for 30 minutes then someone answered, they put me on hold again and did not answer for another hour. What could they be doing where I needed to be on hold for an hour and a half? Do not recommend, however, what other choice do you have in this bumpkin town?
