Melissa Pearl is a very insolent and condescending manager and makes it hard to do business with a woman that can not address matters like a human being. Misusing power does no justice for the company. July 21, 2023 she still tried to be disrespectful after I contacted her chain of command to complete agreement she failed to meet the first time. So no I do not recommend the uhual on Miller Rd in flint Michigan, but Daryl was part of the nicer conducting staff. Before moving out I had no problems with Barbara she was understanding and took the time to listen to each customer. But if you ever have issues I recommend you always go a step beyond legally to get your needs met.

Another great move with U-Haul

Dude manager in the morning is cool guy! They didn’t have the van we reserved so we got upgraded to the truck for free. Didn’t ruin our day they made a solid solution and we appreciate it. Thanks !
