U-Haul Storage at Sharon Lane

Please. If you don’t want your stuff getting ruined do not use this storage facility. We had out furniture and boxes in storage for less than a month and a half, we took them out today and there were hundreds of dead roaches on everything along with rat feces. Our mattress, boxspring, and dresser were severely molded and after looking saw multiple leaks in the roof of the unit. I haven’t gone through our clothes yet but I’m sure they’re ruined as well. I called and asked if their was anything that could be done about this and I was hung up on and told this was my fault, we’re young. We don’t have much and that’s all the furniture we had and we had to throw it all out. Please. Please, do not store anything here unless your okay with it getting ruined. This is not okay.

Great out of the way good price

I've been a customer there for years. Pay my rent one day late they lock on my unit. I didn't have a problem with it until I had to wait five days to have it removed.
