Fast and friendly. The staff were very professional, and knowledgeable. Got in, hooked up, paperwork done and on the road again in minutes. Will pickup here again

Honestly U-Haul I don’t know what happened to the gentleman who was working there about 4 months ago but wow the woman that was there this morning was very rude and unreasonable.

We made a reservation to pick up a trailer for this morning for one way back to St. Louis. We drive the 2.5 hours and get to the store for them to tell us the systems are down and there is nothing they can do for us. She said you’ll just have to wait and I let her know we were on a time schedule and that wasn’t possible. I understand things happen but she couldn’t even let us know there was other possibilities. Just really disappointed in her lack of customer service skills.

Thank goodness for the U-Haul at the Conoco down the street (who’s system wasn’t down ?) for being so kind and helping us get a trailer at the last minute.

The woman from this location calls 30 mins later and asked why we didn’t pick up our trailer. ??‍♀️
