She gave me options and walked me through the E sign portion of it. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience

This place is a joke they just want money, I had a unit here went almost a year maybe it was a year idk but I ended up falling behind a bit and went to pay a bit on my storage unit and couldn't so emailed them plenty of times to figure out what was going on and didn't hear anything back and also kept my unit locked even if it was caught up how am I supposed to move stuff in or out if they have it locked even if it was current this place is bogus and needs to be shut down or compensation needs to come my way for lost articles that had meaningful meanings
