U-Haul Storage of Bellingham

I needed a truck to get something that just wouldn't fit on my personal car. Got the truck, got the product, took it home, gassed the truck back up, and returned the truck. Easy peasy! The ONLY negative thing was I couldn't figure out how the heck to alter the angle of the side mirrors, so I did some contorting to see things using them. Other than that - truck was clean and easy.

Great customer service and my truck and car trailer was ready for me the next day at this location!!

Outstanding experience. The sheer simplicity and efficiency of pickup up my truck, ready on time, to the drop off where I literally pulled in, handed the keys to the attendant who came out to meet me, to the e-receipt. This location is a flagship! Congrats to your whole team.

I was able to swap out the first truck when I opened the back and found there was a puddle of water from the rain, and I was worried my items would get wet. The exchange was quick and easy and helpful. After I returned the truck, I thought I had left something in the cab, and the front desk went out of their way to search both trucks for me...later on I found the item was in my possession all along! Great service all around.

This particular storage is run very shady. Idk if the owner has money problems but I know multiple people who have unwillingly had their card registered for automatic payments without their consent. Including a young newly widowed single mother & a couple who just dealt with a medical crisis.

It is illegal for the owner to push the cards on file to an automatic payment without consent, but between both of the parties I mentioned, it has happened a total of 8 times. I am encouraging both parties to contact BBB & all other services that keep unethical business owners like this in check. If you are a customer of this particular Uhaul who has also dealt with said illegal imposition please stand up and report it.
