These guys make it so easy I use their truck rental services surprisingly often.

The rental process was easy and straight forward. We were able to even request more time via the app when we unexpectedly ran into some issues with our move. We turned it in on time the next morning and handed the keys to a nice gentleman. Only issue was when we got a call the next day that we hadn't turned in the truck. I had no clue that I also had to 'return' it via the app if I handed a physical person the keys. It all got worked out in the end and the experience with the location where we rented was great. They were busy when we turned it in so I understand it got lost in the shuffle and they got us all sorted quickly. One thing that would be helpful is for the app to send a notification around the time of return that says something about needing the 'return it ' via the app regardless of if you also turned it in to a person.
