U-Haul Storage of Carbondale

I moved a 85 inch tv and my business equipment in my storage unit and my stuff got stolen barley 2 weeks in my unit Uhaul put they own lock on my unit mine was cut they never told me they put a lock on there then tried to say I was late when it haven’t been a month I paid it early then they said I never put a lock on there proved them wrong I did called the police to make a report she only looked at 2 days of footage they seen my take my stuff in my unit but never seen it come out police did not do they job which I feel was a inside job rapped the case up with explanation of where my tv is then they tried to lie and say I never got insurance which I did I called cooperate now they seen where I had insurance and told me to file a claim now I’m waiting to see what’s going to happen I’m very disappointed I been wanting my 85” tv for soo long to get it stolen brand new in the box never open I only moved it cause I’m moving out my house soon I would not recommend this place to nobody and I definitely wouldn’t move nothing valuable bad business

I would use Uhaul again & again. Maranda & her team are phenomenal!!! Compassionate, respectful & just helpful in anyway they can be!!! This place will always have my business.
