U-Haul Storage of Carbondale

They're the only storage area that I know of, with bathrooms. They also have an air conditioning and heating system so you don't have to worry about your belongings being damaged.

The app was a nightmare! Booked me for 2 orders and cancelled the wrong one. I am stuck with a tiny 72.00 dollar a month storage unit that I can barely fit 2 rooms in. I called the 800 number, the office and sent multiple emails with no reply ..... Nearly a month later no one from U-Haul has contacted me

It's listed as 24hr climate controlled storage. Yes it's climate controlled, but however it is not 24hr. That's only with special circumstances and permission. Read the rules carefully because if you violate them then your access is limited to twice a day and with supervision. 1 week late and they start the lien process against your unit and at 30 day mark they auction off your unit and charge you for selling it. Make sure you keep your unit locked even when loading in or out each time you leave, if it's passed 10pm you'll be locked out and Mgr will not answer nor reply to your calls.
