U-Haul Storage of Copperas Cove

Wouldn’t credit you if you over fill for fuel but would charge you $30 + (however much gallons you didnt have). They gave me a truck with 1/4th fuel fill it up as close to 1/4 as I could because AGAIN they wouldn’t credit you if you over fill. They charged me $15 to get to 1/4th line when they said “you just missed it”. Then proceeds to charge me $65…I’m good on Uhaul. Great customer but shitty business

I had a great experience today there at U-Haul. I stopped in to rent a unit and the Manager Mr Martinez helped me and he was very professional and helpful getting me set up. He also gave me the map and showed me how to navigate through the lot to find the unit as there are so many of them. The customer service I had today was excellent and for that reason I will continue to choose this location. The facility and parking lot were clean and easy to get into as well.
