U-Haul Storage of Corvallis

I had my things in storage for 5 years. It was supposed to have been 1 year, but things happened. Anyway, Brent Pugh is very accomadating. I had a problem with one item and he took care of it quickly. He is fair and kind.

I returned my trailer one day early. I was charged for returning the trailer 2 days late.

The crew at this location have been very helpful and go above and beyond each time I have used a truck here, especially in resolving any issues or questions I have. Highly recommend!

I drove from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Corvallis, Oregon, a distance of almost 1,980 miles. My truck and auto transfer worked well, but I was frustrated when it came time to pick them up. I had chosen a pickup location in Tulsa and made the reservation a week in advance. However, just a day before the scheduled pickup, customer service called and informed me that I would have to go to another location, which was 25 miles from where I lived. When I got there, the truck wasn’t working properly, so I had to exchange it. This meant driving an additional 50 miles to get another truck, after which I returned to pick up the auto transfer. Fortunately, the customer service added 100 miles more to my default mileage but that lady was not friendly and told me 'If you do not want I can cancel your reservation'.
I believe customer service should handle all aspects of the reservation at least two days before the pickup, especially for customers who have long drives ahead. They should also ensure that the trucks are in good working order.
I was supposed to pick up the truck and auto transfer at 9:30 am, but I didn’t get them until around 1:00 pm. Fortunately, the second truck was new and worked perfectly.
Thankfully, The customers service here in Corvallis were very friendly and nice.
