This facility has been nothing but a problem since the day I moved in. First, I reserved a unit that was 'drive-up access”, but the unit I was assigned is all the way in the back of the facility. Far from drive-up.
Then, the door for the storage unit slice my finger wide open requiring stitches to close. U-Haul hasn’t even paid for my ER visit.
Now, I’m sitting outside of the facility and locked out of getting stuff from my unit because they have changed the building hours. I reserved the unit as 24/7 access. I have to look for another storage place.
